we'll be having 2 subjects this semester and 2 subjects for next semester
so, for this year I only study 4 subjects
my posting started with surgery posting for 7 weeks
and obst&gynae posting for another 7 weeks
I am in surgery posting now
it was fun, I dare to say it
we dont actually see different cases everyday
but the same cases sometimes also came with different presentation
today I saw a (maybe) stage four breast ca....
it was huge...I was actually very shocked to see it
it was fungating already, about 6x7cm and with a necrotic core
I saw them do a wedge biopsy on the mass

soo lucky
we also see prolapsed hemorrhoid and acute pancreatitis in the ward today
quite rare to see everyday
usually we see hematuria, hernia, swellings
that's very common
I hope we can enter OT tomorrow!
please Dr Aziz!!
